We previously bought lots from La Providencia so we thought it would be a great idea to stop into see the fields and say hello. We met Victor Hugo Anzuto-Sanoloval at his wet processing mill where he also dries his coffee on patios.  He is a multiple generation producer whose consistency and quality yield him a steady following of specialty coffee professionals. He produces around 4 Containers of coffee a year of a variety of Catuai, Pacamara, Catura varietals.
